- Senile and chronic cough- Steam a fresh unpeeled mandarin orange with 15 g rock
sugar and 2 fresh ginger slices for 1 hour. Eat the orange with peel.[1]
- Hangover- Drink fresh madarin orange juice.[1]
- Relieve symptoms of emphysema- Steam a fresh unpeeled mandarin with 5 red dates
for half an hour and eat.[1]
- Chest congestion and abdominal swelling due to indigestion- Slowly chew the

- Hernia and painful swelling in the testes- Fry 30 g mandarin seeds; boil the
seeds in 3 cups water with 9 g Caraway seeds until
the water is reduced to 2 cups. Drink 1 cup of the juice each time, in the morning
and evening.[1]
- Promote milk secretion and to soften a lump in breast- Crush 15 g mandarin seeds
and boil them in 30 g rice wine. Drink the juice twice a day.[1]

3. Fish and crab poisoning.[1] PREPARATIONS:
- Chest congestion and abdominal swelling and pain due to indigestion- Dissolve
1.5 g dry mandarin peel powder in warm water. Drink each time, 3 times a day.[1]
- Stomach ache, swelling of stomach, belching, and excessive gastric acid- Mix
40 g dry mandarin peel powder with 100 g Cuttlefish
bone powder. Take 3 g dissolved in warm water each time, 3 times a day.[1]
- Acute mastitis- Mix 40 g dried mandarin peels and 7 g
Licorice in water. Bring to a boil and then boil it again for a second time.
Divide into 2 dosages to take in 1 day. Double the dosage in severe cases. Clinical
observation show that early treatment (within 1 to 2 days of onset) produces
good results with a 70% success rate in 2 to 3 days. This treatment is less
effective when acute mastitis has a longer duartion. No results are obtained
