How do you send your products?
Products are sent via Australia Post.
How long will it take until I receive my goods?
The expected time to receive goods are calculated in the postage section of the shopping cart. This usually gives a good indication of the time taken. If there is any unexpected delay in the handling and packaging, we will sent an email.
How much does the shipping cost?
This depends on the size of your order. Once you have added your items to the cart you can calculate the shipping cost by entering your post code in the pop-up box.
What happens if my order is damaged on arrival?
All products leave our store without defects, however if there is a shipping problem please contact us.
