INDICATIONS: Constipation due to Blood and Yin Deficiency with Stagnation of Qi: Constipation, dry stool, abdominal distention and discomfort.

Tao ren- Prunus persica - Peach seed - 19mg
Xing ren- Prunus armeniaca - Apricot seed - 19mg
Hei zhi ma - Sesamum indicum - Sesame seed - 29mg
Da huang - Rheum palmatum - Rhubarb rhizome - 19mg
Dang gui - Angelica polymorpha - root - 15mg
Zhi shi - Citrus aurantium - fruit - 19mg
Huang qin - Scutellaria baicalanesis - root - 19mg
Hou po- Magnolia officinalis - root bark - 14mg
Gan cao- Glycyrrhiza uralensis - root - 10mg
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Pregnancy
This formula has been used traditionally to help in the relief of constipation.
Directions for use adults only:
Do not use if container mouth seal is missing or broken.
Take 8 pills 3 times daily. Take 1 1/2 hour away from meals with a cup of water.
Otherwise take as directed by your traditional Chinese medical practitioner.
