Raspberry Leaf Tea (Rubus Idaeus) Taken to help prepare for labour in the second and third trimester. May help with painful periods. Can be used as a mouth wash for ulcers and an eye wash for conjunctivitis. May be useful for diarrhea.
Dosage: Drink 2/3 cups daily.
