This mixture of herbs is a general exterior clearing formula. It increases the bodies defences agains flus and colds. Tihs formula can assist in treatment of flu by reducing severity and duration of symptoms. Take a low dose over a prolonged period to help avoid flus and colds or a high dose at the first sign. Particularly good for colds (WIND COLD) with symptoms of running nose, aching limbs and aversion to windy conditions. Can be taken during the first half of a cold. The second half needs a change to resolving phlegm, soothing cough and cooling the Lungs. Lozenges, Cough syrup and teas such as GANMAO ZHIKE Granule are useful.
