FUNCTIONS
Group: Exterior Releasing- Warming 
1. Releases exterior Wind Cold, activates the Spleen to transform Dampness and Phlegm, regulates the Qi, harmonizes the middle Jiao.
INDICATIONS
1. Exterior Wind Cold or Wind Cold Dampness with stagnation of Dampness, or food stagnation in the middle Jiao: Fever, Chills, aversion to cold, headache, fullness and discomfort of chest and hypochonrium, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, vomiting, nausea, borborygmus, loose stools or diarrhea, T- greasy white coat P- soft that may also be floating.
APPLICATIONS: Acute enteritis, common cold or flu with digestive problems, intestinal flu nonspecific acute colitits, acute gastroenteritis, sunstroke, sudden turmoil disorder (acute condition with simultaneous vomitin and diarrhea).

Angelica dahurica- 白芷 Bái zhĭ- Angelica root
Eupatorium fortunei- 佩兰 Pèi lán- Thoroughwort, Eupatorium
Poria cocos- 茯苓 Fú líng- Hoelen fungus
BAI ZHU- Atractylodes
Citrus tangerina- 陳皮 Chén pí- Aged Tangerine skin
HOU PO- Magnolia
Platycodon grandiflorus 桔梗 Jié gěng- Balloon flower root- Platycodon
GAN CAO- Licorice
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Yin deficiency or excess Heat patterns.
COMMENTS: This formula is given in acute conditions with vomiting or diarrhea.
